By accessing or using Kinship Careers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Kinship is currently in beta, which means:
Kinship is a job search platform that uses AI to match you with opportunities based on your profile. We provide fit scores, coaching recommendations, and company research. We are NOT a recruiter, employment agency, or employer. We don't guarantee job offers or interviews.
You agree to:
Our AI-powered features (fit scores, coaching, company research) are tools to help you make decisions—not guarantees. AI can make mistakes. Job postings may be outdated, inaccurate, or removed. Always verify information independently before making career decisions.
You own your profile data and resume content. Kinship owns the platform, AI models, and job matching algorithms. You grant us permission to use your data to provide services and improve our algorithms.
Currently, Kinship is free during beta. When we introduce pricing, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance. Beta users may receive special pricing (founder rates).
You can delete your account anytime via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the platform.
Kinship is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for job search outcomes, missed opportunities, inaccurate AI recommendations, or platform downtime. Use at your own risk.
We may update these terms as Kinship evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in applicable courts.
